How do I assemble my pop-up gazebo?
Most of our gazebos can be easily erected with two people in under 60 seconds by following the assembly gazebo instructions. Here’s our helpful guide to putting up a gazebo.
If I order today when can I expect delivery?
For plain, unbranded gazebos:
If your order is placed before 1pm Monday – Friday it will be sent out to our courier service for delivery the next working day (mainland UK only). For more information visit our delivery and returns policy.
For custom printed gazebos:
Our service is extremely efficient and we offer a typical delivery time of 7-10 working days* from confirmation of order and approval of artwork. If you’re in a rush for an upcoming event, please don’t hesitate to give us a call and we’ll see what we can do!

Can I join two gazebos together to create a larger area?
Yes. We supply a range of accessories, including gazebo clamps, strips and gutters which enable you to connect two or more pop up gazebos together side-by-side to cover a larger area.

Are all of your gazebos pop-up?
Yes, all of our gazebo frames are ‘pop up’ and come fully assembled with no loose parts. No tools or assembly required! All parts are replaceable, with spare parts readily available from stock for next working day delivery. Do your gazebos come with storage bags?
Yes, all of our pop up gazebos are supplied with a storage bag when first purchased. However, we sell a range of robust, heavy duty bags available to purchase if you eventually look to upgrade or simply want to replace your previous bag after regular usage.

How do the sidewalls attach to the canopy?
Our sidewalls fix to the canopy and frame with a quick fit velcro system. Please refer to our set-up instructions for correct method. Make sure you select the right sidewall for your gazebo, depending on size and whether you want a full or half wall.
I’m looking to purchase a printed gazebo, what format do I need to send my artwork in?
Our in-house design team require any logos and artwork in vector format, such as: Ai (Adobe Illustrator), EPS or PDF (if vector graphic saved in pdf). Photographic images should be supplied in high resolution (300dpi) in JPG, TIFF or PNG format. Please refer to our artwork guidelines for more information.
